We carefully stripped back the damaged components, including the side fairings, tanks, and axle assemblies, to access the chassis frame. The twisted section was then realigned on our specialist chassis jig, restoring it to manufacturer specifications.

Next, we repaired and replaced the affected axle components and ensured the suspension geometry was fully corrected. Once the structural work was complete, the new parts were refitted, and a full inspection and test were carried out to verify chassis alignment accuracy and overall vehicle safety.

The Result

The completed repair restored the cement mixer’s structural integrity, drivability, and road safety. The vehicle now tracks straight, with no signs of chassis distortion or stress.
