When this DAF arrived at our workshop following a road traffic accident (RTA), the exterior damage appeared to be fairly minor. A few scuffs, a panel crease, nothing that would raise immediate concern. Hidden Damage Revealed

Once the truck was on the jig, it quickly became clear that the impact had caused more significant issues beneath the surface. The chassis was out of alignment by over 20mm, a serious structural deviation that could easily go unnoticed without specialist equipment. Alongside this, we identified that the wheel alignment was also out, posing long-term safety and drivability risks if left uncorrected.
